What does it cost to stay at Beside Still Waters ?
While the Beside Still Waters program provides the unit at no charge, we are required by health and safety regulations to have each room professionally cleaned and sanitized after each accommodation. The cleaning/Maintenance fee is $85.00 USD 1-2 Guests, $105 USD 3-4 Guests and $125.00 USD for 5-6 guests and is pre-payable at time of booking.

Do you require a deposit? Yes, we require a deposit of $50 for 1-2 Guests, $75 for 3-4 Guests and $100 for $5-6 Guests, This deposit will be refunded to you if full if unit is left in appropriate manner and all BSW property is accounted for.

What is the Address of the townhouses?
Due to the nature of our program we do not give out the address of the townhouses, this is to ensure the privacy of our guests.

How many units does Beside Still Waters have?
There are four units at Beside Still Waters

How many people can stay per unit?
Each unit sleeps maximum of 6 people, (2 on the queen sized pullout couch, and 2 in the Master Bedroom & 2 Singles in the second Bedroom.)

What Programs Do You Offer?
We have NO programs; the time is yours to spend with God however you see fit.

How close are you from the beach?
The townhouses are approximately 1 block from the beach, you cannot see the beach from the condo because of other buildings.

Is the pool heated?
The pool is heated, so sometimes the air temperature is warmer than the water temperature, and the pool feels cool. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

What does Beside Still Waters provide?
The townhouse has all basic bed, bath, & kitchen essentials. (No food is provided)

How long can we stay?
Maximum stay 14 consecutive days.

If we stayed at townhouse in the past can I stay again ?
Since we have been having so many requests and, in an effort to provide a place and time of rest for as many ministry workers as we can, we have implemented a minimum 24 month between visits policy.
