About Beside Still Water…at Play Del Sol
Beside Still Waters is a program that wishes to bless Gods servants from all areas of the globe, by providing, a place of rest and refocus. This program is not provided to give a free vacation. It is intended for those who are in spiritual need of refreshment in the Lord and who are seeking god’s direction. We define a servant as an experienced pastors, ministers, missionaries, bishops, priests, or rabbis, etc. (Applicant must have three years or more service in good standing.) The townhouses we provide are located on Anna Maria Island, Florida approximately one block from the beach.
The use of the unit is donated to your ministry by an anonymous donor. Your ministry MUST provide an IRS determination letter that states they are recognized as a 501(C)3 tax exempt Organization in order to be approved. As of January 2 , 2008 all applications with IRS determination letters dated prior to January 2, 2008 must call the IRS and request an Updated IRS determination Letter or Verification Letter at 877-829-5500. If they are part of a group exemption then they must supply the IRS Group Determination Letter (Dated After January 2, 2008) for the group and a letter from the group organization stating that they are part of the group exemption. Please note the following are NOT what we are asking for: your state Tax Exemption Certificate, Letter from church stating they are 501(C)3 or your incorporation paperwork. Although churches are not required to file for this status, in order to stay at Beside Still Waters program they must have filed for it and received the IRS Determination letter stating that they are 501(C)3 tax exempt organization.
Canadians: Please include with your application your Business Number and a letter from the Canadian Revenue Stating that your Organization has a tax-exempt status as a registered Charity.
